Elite Trainers & Coaches

Our training sessions are led by experienced Santa Rosa Growlers players and coaches, bringing high-level expertise, mentorship, and a passion for developing the next generation of hockey players.

Aliaksei Kulikouskiy, a native of Belarus, developed his passion for hockey at an early age, training at the prestigious Belarus Olympic Hockey Academy. At just 14, he took a major step in his career by immigrating to the United States, where he continued to refine his skills and gain international playing experience. His junior career saw him compete at the Junior A level across multiple North American leagues, including the NAHL, NOJHL, and GMHL, exposing him to high-level competition and further shaping his game.

At the collegiate level, Aliaksei played ACHA hockey, where his leadership qualities shined. Serving as the assistant captain for the Growlers and captaining multiple teams throughout his career, he became known for his ability to lead both on and off the ice. Now dedicated to coaching and player development, he focuses on enhancing Hockey IQ and smart decision-making, helping the next generation of players elevate their game.

Originally from New York, Jamie played AAA hockey from 10U–16U with the Connecticut Yankees (now the Connecticut Junior Rangers), competed in the Quebec International Peewee Tournament, and represented Team USA internationally with the Boston Elites. He went on to play four years of varsity hockey while continuing tier play before pursuing a career in integrative sports medicine. Jamie continued coaching and mentoring through elite skill development camps across the U.S., blending his background in hockey, biomedical sciences, and teaching into his coaching style. A strong believer in the growth mindset and hockey IQ development, he currently coaches with the Santa Rosa Flyers and serves as Coordinator for the Growlers Youth Development Program.

Head Goalie
Egan Wolford brings a strong playing background to his coaching, shaped by years of experience at the junior and collegiate levels. He began his hockey journey in roller hockey at age six before transitioning to ice at 12, quickly making his mark as a standout defenseman. A two-time National Development Camp participant, he went on to play nearly 100 games in the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League (SJHL) between 2016 and 2018, gaining valuable experience in one of Canada’s top junior leagues.

In the 2018-2019 season, Wolford led all defensemen in points for the USPHL Premier before advancing to NCAA Division III hockey at Fitchburg State University. Now an active player for the Santa Rosa Growlers, he brings his knowledge, experience, and passion for the game into coaching, focusing on player development, defensive skills, and the work ethic needed to succeed at higher levels.

Alejandro Barajas, a Santa Rosa native, started skating at 2 and playing hockey at 4. His passion for the game began when his parents, seeking relief from the heat, took him into Snoopy's Home Ice, where he became instantly hooked. He honed his skills through the Santa Rosa Flyers youth and high school programs before playing for SRJC, where he helped lead the team to a PCHA championship.

Now a goalie for the Santa Rosa Growlers, he is studying Kinesiology at SRJC while working toward NASM certification. As a goalie coach, Ale is committed to mentoring young players, helping them develop skills, confidence, and a love for the game, just as he was inspired years ago.

Keith Clements II, a Santa Rosa native, developed his skills over eight seasons with the Flyers hockey program before making the jump to junior hockey. After a standout half-season with the Santa Rosa Growlers, he moved to the East Coast to play for the Seahawks Hockey Club (EHL Premier), where he continued to refine his game against top competition.

Beyond his playing career, Keith is passionate about mentorship and youth development. Growing up with younger siblings, he naturally embraced a leadership role and now dedicates himself to helping young athletes develop both their skills and love for the game. His commitment to giving back ensures that the next generation of players grows both on and off the ice.
