Refund Policy – Growlers Youth Development Program

At Growlers Youth Development Program, we strive to provide a high-quality experience for all participants. Please review our refund policy below:

  1. Cancellations & Refund Requests
    • Refund requests must be made in writing at least 7 days before the program start date to receive a full refund, minus a processing fee.
    • Requests made within 7 days of the program start date may be eligible for a partial refund (typically 50%), depending on circumstances.
  2. No Refunds After Program Start
    • Once the program has begun, no refunds will be issued, except in cases of injury or extenuating circumstances (evaluated on a case-by-case basis).
  3. Cancellations Due to Weather or Other Unforeseen Events
    • If a session is canceled due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule.
    • If rescheduling is not possible, no refunds will be issued for single-session cancellations.
  4. Injury & Medical Withdrawals
    • If a player is injured and unable to continue, a prorated refund or credit may be offered with a valid medical note.
  5. Code of Conduct & Dismissal

Players dismissed from the program due to violations of our code of conduct will not receive a refund.
